Our son is a train freak, so with sight on the tracks out of the window it could not have been better! The house was very clean, very comfortable and nothing was missing! The owners thought really well about the needs of the guests. First time i found a holiday home so well equiped. The house has a really nice garden with a cherrytree and a neighbour with lovely goats. We really enjoyed our stay here as a family.

Situated in Kinsarvik and only 50 km from Trolltunga, Huse Gjestegard features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property has lake and river views. Beautiful location, the most pleasant unit. We stayed at the private cabin outside. The staff was very welcoming, and the cabin itself had everything we needed. The outside area is full of hidden gems and scenic spots. Only thing to note is that the mattress is very soft so take it into account if you suffer from back pains. Definitely recommend!

Flatheim is a charming farm stay located in Viksdalen Valley. It offers historic-style rooms with wooden interiors, free WiFi access and view of mountains, river or garden.. The farm is awesome, they have 3 different houses - they are all great! The host was very kind and cooperative, helped us with everything even like firing a small barbecue next to the house which was generally not ok, but since we were with small kids and it was raining we couldn't go to the designated bbq area. The deserts are INCREDIBLE and cheap for Norway - try the brownie and the carrot cake!
