We had a few adjustments to our booking, and Charlotte accommodated our requests. The house was warmed up for us on arrival. It was immaculately clean and tidy, and overall, very welcoming. We loved our stay at the cottage, peaceful and very well appointed. it had everything we needed including a lovely bottle of wine to have at dinner. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and reading. The barbecue worked like a charm. There was easy access to the bike path. We appreciated having the bikes available and an assortment of sizes. We highly recommend staying here. It would be perfect for a family reunion as there are 4 cottages. We left the morning of the cyclone and feel devastated that this area was so severely affected by the weather event.

Clive Colonial Cottages dikelilingi oleh taman yang indah dan terawat, serta menawarkan akomodasi mandiri yang hanya berjarak 300 meter dari Pantai East Clive. The cottage was fantastic! It is well located for visiting Hawke's Bay cellar doors and Napier. The beds were comfy and it was very quiet. My mom loved the fresh eggs and that the TV was already set up with netflix. After 2 weeks of travel around NZ, this was like coming home!

Beautifully finished, great layout, nice and warm and a handy location too! We had two families stay and the layout was perfect to have our own private bedroom/bathroom spaces and meet in the middle with the lounge/dining/kitchen. Highly recommended!
