Everyone is super kind and we had the luck of being there while the family cooked for other community members and hosted a session of Easter chants, to which we have been allowed to take part. On one of the Uros islands it was a very different experience, learning their customs is very interesting, our host Ronal and Roci were very kind to us and their rooms are basic and beautiful, we recommend bringing an extra jacket for the night because it is cold and They have enough blankets to keep you warm throughout the night 100% recommended

Ronald was great, he picked me up from the port in his boat (for a fee I was happy to pay) and took me to his island, he and his wife had everything I needed for an island experience, they made me dinner, let me take the kayak out and event watched while I went for a quick dip in the chilly lake. It is a very comfortable place to stay but don't expect five star accommodations it is more like a really nice glamping setup which is what you should be looking for on a floating island!

This hotel is authentic, our triple room had flair and was overlooking the yard. The couple taking care of us was very warm and accommodating, especially with the meals, as it was one vegetarian person in the family. We stood 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. The food was every day different and plenty. The price for the meals is different, it depends if it is vegetarian, it contains cheese, or fish or meat. Lake Titicaca is a flight of stairs away an there is a nice beach and clear water to take a dip (water temperature 10-12 degree). There are nice walks on the hills nearby to viewpoints and small ruins.

With lake views, Quechua lodge Titicaca is set in Puno and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden and sun terrace. absolutely loved staying overnight and getting to know Jenny our host and practising my terrible language skills. beautiful place, good food, helped get us to Amantani island too

Our visit to Isla Amantani and our stay at Chaska Wasi with Oswaldo, Beatriz, and Jessi was the highlight of our Peru trip (yes, better than Macchu Picchu). Staying on the island at this location, gave us the peace and tranquility that we craved. The view from our room and the courtyard was absoluely breathtaking. We watched the sky and lake change throughout the day to various shades of blue. We watched lightning over the water at night. From this location, we had easy, quick access to the plaza. We were able to hike to pachamama and pachatata. This part of the island had gorgeous views and was very quiet. It was also conviently close to the boat ramp for drop off and pick up. Walking on the island and observing farming practices, happy sheep, and beautiful stone walls filled us with joy. The meals here were delicious and the portions tremendous. The family provided us with the perfect amount of attention and hospitality. We were able to interact with them and ask questions but were free to do our own thing. The experience felt VERY authentic and genuine (not fake or forced). We cannot recommend this accomodation enough. You must visit :)

Objekat Titicaca Utama Lodge Perú je smešten u gradu Puno i u ponudi ima smeštaj sa besplatnim WiFi internetom. The view is spectacular and right on Lake titicaca. My bed was super comfy also. Ruben and victoria are very.hospitaple and Ruben spoke English, which was a bonus for me
