I loved this apartment. We were there for 5 days. Everything was really clean, and the house was big. The best thing we didn't realize is that the house comes with a big terrace, but also with a yard on lower level, and there is a dining table and a grill.

The house is located in a small back alley with lots of friendly neighbours and a lively welcoming atmosphere. The house itself is just beautiful and there's absolutely nothing missing, there's so much love in every detail and you can really feel like home. We spent our Christmas there and were overwhelmed by all the small treats (fruits, fantastic homemade cookies and lots more) and decoration. The sleeping room has an electric heater in case it gets really cold, the kitchen is fully (like home) equipped and you can even do your laundry. There's public free parking very close by and you can easily walk everywhere in Machico (shopping, cafes, restaurants). We enjoyed sitting in the backyard which is very calm and full of life at the same time. Whenever we met Luisa, she was up for a chat and took so much care of us - she is a star! We would definitely choose again and can recommend to everyone who likes staying in a lively neighbourhood (quiet at night) in a traditional house.

Nastanitev Catavento je ob obali v mestu Porto Santo, le le nekaj korakov od znamenitosti Plaža Porto Santo, in nudi vrt, možnost peke na žaru ter brezplačen WiFi. The house is well maintain, clean very authentic and cosy. Love the hammock in the yard. Unfortunately, we only stayed 1 night. I will definitely recommend and thank you Martin for your help.

Great spot tucked in the hills with broad expansive views. The common pool/hot tub areas were a nice treat after traveling.
