I sent my parents who are in their 70’s and 80’s and my son who is 7, on a staycation together and Colmar couldn’t have been more wonderful! Casey, the reservations manager and I were in touch before and Casey was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure they had a fantastic trip. From the assistance from Mark and his team to ensuring they had a fun filled trip that was suitable for grandparents they couldn’t have done more! I am so grateful to the team at Colmar for everything they did. I highly recommend Colmar, and am so looking forward to visiting on my next trip. Highly recommended and exceptional customer service. Overall is satisfy Room Pool Restaurant Got free ticket for sky way Got shuttle 2 way go to GPO 1 item need to improve is regarding parking..... 1hr rm3.....should be free if check in there
