Nice location in the heart of Narita. Near to two train stations and a bus terminal. Staff was very accommodating. Easy to extend the stay. Very reasonably priced.

Hotel was a bit of a trek on public transport, but rooms were comfortable and the free shuttle to the airport was a bonus. No restaurant onsite, and about 1km walk to nearest restaurant open, when we were there.

We booked this place for the weekend because they offer a free shuttle to the airport. It is about a 20 minute walk to the nearest mall, but the hotel also offers a shuttle to the mall. We were able to catch the train from the airport into Tokyo. You can pay extra for the reserved seats with less stops, but we paid less for the train with more stops even though we stood for most of the ride, wasn't too bad.
