Avoid the big restaurants on the beach and go to Rudy's BBQ and other restaurants. You may want to go early to your favorites as they get swamped during the season. Use a lot of sunscreen, and do shop at Pier Park, go to city pier, enjoy the beach.

We liked that we were at the quiet end of Panama City Beach away from the shopping and restaurants. We loved the ocean view and the sugar sand beaches. However, we had rip currents and stayed out of the water. The resort needs a lot of restoration work. It is deteriorating and the structure has crumbled away in various sections. Loved the beach 🏖️ it was so beautiful. The condo was situated in an area with quite a few businesses that you can walk to if you are so inclined. Overall seems like a clean place to visit and spend some quality time with family. Lots of things to do around the area and events. Everyone was friendly locals included.AAnonymous

Bed was made with bedspread under the top sheet so I had to remake the bed. Room was dirty. Asked for another blanket because third person had to sleep on couch. Got a lumpy, gross old comforter. The beach access, nearby Winn Dixie, and Waffle House up the street made it easy for us to get around. Once they open up the cafe in the lobby that’s going to be another point that makes this hotel exceptional.

Ocean is just a couples of steps away. Highly recommended for a stay here!
