Hello. The hotel is like a 5 star. It was very nice. It was clean. The rooms are nice. The night view is amazing. The pool is great. The staff are amazing. The entrance to the shopping mall was great. It was very close to everywhere.

Directly connected to the Dubai Festival City Mall, InterContinental Dubai Festival City boasts a 25-metre outdoor pool that extends onto a balcony with panoramic views of Dubai Creek. Everything were excellent. The receptionist was very professional, friendly and gives us a warm welcome who name Mr Fin....which I can't remember his full name.Furthermore, he upgraded the room for us to suite for free. This hotel is better than the hotel that I have stay in Vida downtown dubai for the last few years. The housekeeper was always greet us with a smiling face and was very nice too who is Musa clean our room very neatly which provided a small note on the bed which was very sweet of him. Variety of choice for the breaksfast whereby the waitress and waiter were excellent eventhough were crowded with people but they still work with professionalism and always with a warm smile, friendly to us.....each of them were excellent. I definitely will come back again to this hotel whenever I come to visit in dubai. This hotel is definitely more than 5 star hotel with the services they provided.
