The place is ideal for anybody who prefers a quiet location surrounded by nature, but with all comfort. There is a regular bus to the train station to the city centre. The room was spacious and the old building has a wonderful charm. The breakfast is incredible, opulent, with local products, served in a former winter garden. The views are fabulous. There is a beautiful small old library on the premises. By the vineyard nearby, young wine can be tasted in the season.

Housed in a historic building, Pia's Gardenview offers accommodation with a garden and free WiFi in Vienna, 1 km from Wiener Stadthalle. We really enjoyed staying in this new, spacious, quiet, very clean and well furnished apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located very close to tram stop and supermarket and the Wien city center is easily to be reached. Raushan is a super efficient and friendly host! Everything was PERFECT. The second day, the hot water didn't work properly and they fixed it immediately! I really appreciated the espresso machine!

Everything was good, the location is less than 20 minutes by tram from the center and a tram station is just 2 min on foot from the apartment. Around there are 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk, a pharmacy, a caffe and a restaurant. The apartment was clean, warm, fully equipped, there are only a couple of things to improve: would be nice to have a microwave, a second towel for face and the shower was a little bit broken, was not very comfortable to use.
