28 Hotel is located 7 minutes from Central Train Station. This property offers free WiFi, room service and an on-site fitness centre. When my 18 year old got stranded in Sydney, with their also 18 year old friend, due to a mix up with have inadequate ID at a YHA, this property were kind and understanding in providing a room for them to stay in after a concert. I called and spoke to reception before booking and experienced care and concern for the situation. They allowed my 18 year old, who has ID, to check in with their friend, who doesn’t have any. Both young people were received by friendly staff who checked them in without issue. Their stay was pleasant and uneventful. Thank you form this very relieved mum.

The room is so elegant. Loved the eye on the front door - so creative. Bunny Lamp so cute. Very comfortable bed and such a modern bathroom. Overall excellent room and service. Situated in the heart of the popular Darling Harbour entertainment district, Holiday Inn is ideally located for sightseeing, nightlife and shopping. The room was a good size for 3 people. It was very clean, with a comfortable bed, and a really nice bathroom. The location was great, very near the LRT stop and close to some very good restaurants. Wifi was free and signal was good all throughout the hotel. The check-in was very smooth and the staff were super friendly. We didn't get the breakfast at the hotel but my friends who stayed there as well did and they said it was a good spread and worth the money. Overall, a perfect place to stay in Sydney.

Refurbished in 2021, Mercure Sydney offers contemporary, spacious and light-filled rooms with renovated bathrooms, bedside USB ports, rain showers and a dedicated work space. The location was perfect. 5 minute walk to the Grand concourse. The rooms were spacious and clean, same for the bathroom as well. Many restaurants around so you never go hungry. We tried the in house fine dining restaurant and were super impressed with the food and service.

Greeting was friendly and helpful. Staff were accomodating, a quality coffee and ammenities on arrival when early, the food just around the corner. Great for a short comfortable stay.

Stayed on the high floor with a view over Sydney. The room was decent and bed comfortable. The lighting in the room well thought of. Staff were lovely, truly welcoming and helpful with every question we had.
