Visited during December 2023 Firstly, you’ll feel the warm welcoming right from the first moment. The first impression is guaranteed to be of high standard and pleasant. The reception team were attentive to details and I was closely guided as how to find my way to park my car in their parking facility, which is walkable in about few minutes, and reachable within about 200 meters. The room is spacious and nicely decorated with the themes of old centuries. The wooden floored room provided unique feeling and the overall experience was favorably memorable. Thanks to the hard working team. Their devotion was evident and notable. As long as they hold to this high standard, I’ll repeat my stay in this great hotel whenever am back to this nice city.

This 5 star superior hotel is located in a unique 15th-century former ducal palace in Bruges and only 280 metres from the Markt. Beautiful hotel invgreat location. Staff excellent. Will return.

Hotel Dukes' Academie, part of the prestigous Dukes' Hotel Collection, is located less than 100 metres from the famous Minnewater in a scenic and peaceful area of Bruges. Location is amazing. Close to everything in a walking distance. Rooms are really comfortable and with all that you need for the stay, coffee machine, small fridge, comfortable and really clean. Don’t remember the name, I think is Jocelyn, she is from Mexico and she is the best. Really friendly, super efficient and willing to help you with all the information to enjoy your stay.

Great location with friendly staff, especially James :). The interior of the place is so beautiful! Newly renovated so everything was just so clean and neat. Also you can notice that they are eco friendly too. Free parking spaces right at the backyard of the hotel. Breakfast was more than what one can wish for. Just by entering the breakfast place you feel like you are treated as a special guest. The atmosphere is very sophisticated but still very warm and welcoming. The variety and quality of the food was marvelous. Every penny we spent was truly worth it. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
