The location is amazing with breathtaking views from balcony and restaurant, especially during the sunrise. We stayed in apartment which was very comfortable and clean. Rooms are big, the bathroom is large and high end toiletries are provided. Staff is very friendly and helpful and as a bonus the hotel has a dog who likes to sit at the entrance. We didn’t use the spa but it looks very nice from the outside. The breakfast was included and the food selection was decent and tasty. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

El Hotel Jasmin está situado a los pies de la montaña Vitosha, en una de las zonas más prestigiosas de las afueras de Sofía. Very nice and clean room. Parking available right next to the hotel. Very tasty breakfast and restaurant just in front of the building. Friendly staff. It was very good in general :)

Overall I was happy with my stay. It's a nice place and good value for money. I also ordered breakfast for which I paid extra and it was very good. The surrounding nature is beautiful.

We wanted to go to Vitosha hill. The cablecar is approx. 1 km from this Hotel. I have asked about how the cablecar works, etc. Lady called to some phone number where she checked the situation, but unfortunately the cablecar is not operating due to some moderinzation. But she found us a public transport - bus, how to go to Vitosha, She shown to us which line to use, where is the bus stop, where we can change the bus to another line and travel up to the hill. Also where to buy tickets for a bus. Additionaly to that, they prepared breakfast both days, so this was nice, of course we paid for that.

La habitación en un segundo piso es muy cómoda, tiene un spa incluido que es fantástico, el desayuno y el restaurante muy bien y tiene un gimnasio enorme con muchísimas máquinas.
