Very clean rooms, friendly stuff, the hotel is next to the beach which makes it perfect for vacation with kids. Good breakfast, delicious food in the hotel restaurant and clean swimming pool,also lots of other restaurants and shops nearby.

Iris Hotel consists of 2 buildings and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, an outdoor swimming pool and a beach bar. The property is 3 km away from Sunny Beach Sea Resort. A beautiful location located on the beach, clean and spacious rooms with balconies overlooking the sea and daily maintenance service. The pool is cleaned and maintained daily and the private parking is free. The hotel restaurant is located on the beach with a varied menu with tasty food and the breakfast is quite substantial. I recommend the sea view rooms located in the building next to the beach.

First of all - this a TRUE waterfront located apartment, from windows and terrace you hear tides hitting the shore and you watch the sea. Second, there is walking distance to several really good coffee places open from 8am, good restaurants, where you can just walk and overall the neighborhood streets look nice and well maintained making it a pleasure to walk in the area. Third, you can park your car very close to the apartment, we were out of the season so we parked right near the entrance to the building.

Location was great. We had a choice of two swimming pools and hostess was very helpful. Also would recommend small wine shop right next to apartment, wine is great and cheap and they making excellent paella on the street on Wednesdays
