There were a lot of basic pantry items provided, as well as coffee and tea. It is a fairly newly built property, so everything was modern, new, and clean. The host was always quick to respond and eager to help.

The room was excellent, very comfortable, clean + I was pleased with the additional information about the city (where to eat, how transport works and even where to park). I was also pleased with the location relative to the metro. My suitcase broke and what would I do if it took 15 minutes to get to the metro instead of 5 minutes...

As soon aa we arrived, house manager Robert was waiting for us and welcomed us. we were super tired but his attitude totally changed ours. beds really comfy, bathroom new + breakfast included. everything about this stay was great. thank you

It may be a small thing, but when I entered the room, there was a candy, and I was happy that I could feel the care. When I had a question or chatted with him, he responded quickly.
