From the first the room is clean an quiet, stuff is very friendly and helpful and breakfast is amazing as well as the diiner at the restaurant. Parking is easy and the location is good to reach.

The bus stop is right across the street for trips into Thun. The public bus service is free for tourists who book and stay in accommodation in the area. The WiFi was fast and strong. The room had a lovely terrace overlooking the lake. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is a good size and water pressure is very good in the shower. Parking was very good but after we had booked the room with free parking the hotel tried to charge us for the parking. It was eventually resolved after we presented the free parking confirmation. Staff (particularly Patricia) on the front desk were very helpful.

The owner was very friendly and also gave us good suggestions for travel. The neighbourhood was also very good. Everything as described.
