Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood with lots of bars/restaurants nearby and also within walking distance to the city center. Very helpful staff. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and my room was very comfortable.

I rarely give 10 out of 10, but this stay in Santiago really exceeded my expectations. The hotel owners, Ramón and Oriana, are really doing everything they can to make their guest's stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible, way beyond what they are obliged to do as an hotel accommodation providers. They helped me a lot to orientate myself in Santiago, woke up earlier when I needed to leave very early to make me a breakfast, offered additional helpful services free of charge (washing my clothes) and in general being really kind and attentive. If they continue with this attitude, I have no doubt their hotel business will be very successful. I hope I'll be back in Santiago soon and I already know where I'm staying the next time I visit :-)

La Casa Aure está bien situada en el centro de Santiago, a 2 km del Museo de Arte Precolombino, a 3,6 km del cerro Santa Lucía y a 3,9 km del Movistar Arena. El edificio del Hotel está totalmente renovado, aunque conserva un aire antiguo porque conservan mucho mobiliario en buen estado y le han dado un toque moderno. El personal es muy amable siempre, me ayudaron a encontrar un tour a los viñedos que disfruté mucho. Encantado me quedaría de nuevo acá.

El Hotel Boutique Casa Conde se encuentra en el centro de Santiago, a 2,2 km del Museo de la Memoria de Santiago y del Museo de Arte Precolombino y a 3,4 km del cerro Santa Lucía. Thé staff and owners were exceptions lande helped me résolve à difficult situation. We would définiteur stay another time.

El Hotel Magnolia Santiago es un hotel de clase mundial ubicado a solo unos pasos del moderno barrio de Lastarria, en el centro de Santiago. Location, beautifully situated and decorated, nice room size, amenities- everything was perfect

El Matildas Hotel Boutique ocupa un palacio patrimonial reformado ubicado en Santiago. Dispone de wifi gratis. Lovely old villa, with a beautiful garden. The owner is great ! She has helped us a lot with recommendations, information and hints! Very nice breakfest.

El Hotel He Wang ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y TV de pantalla plana por cable en el centro de Santiago. Kind enthusiastic staff. As any larger city care on the street is recomended as wel as the use of taxi or uber comming and going.The building is at corner. Arrival at calle libertad has internal parking of a commercial complex, but does not show hotel signs. Entrace at calle romero looks better but it closes after business hours. Suggest contacting desk for instructions. Reception on 3rd floor is a nice surprise and rooms on 4 and 5th floor nice and spacy. Restaurant with good dishes for reasonable prices (do not confoud with the very posh chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor). Management and staff really very eager serve well!
