It's important to Seth forth, the room and everything in it was very nice. The toiletries given was on point. The efficiency, mobility and concern of the staff was excellent. People say ahhh it's China but I say China totally got it going on. I checked out on the 17th after a three day stay, and noticed I did not have my Samsung Tablet which by the way was two months old, called them and they retrieved it from the room and sent it without any questions asked to my new hotel. For this I say, you guys are the best. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on the same. The only drawback to this hotel is it's surroundings too much construction. No noise but a bit dusty for my taste. Would I return and or recommend this hotel.... absolutely. They fully made up for the issue with the surroundings. Believe me I don't write reviews this long or in depth but for this hotel, service and honesty of their staff they should be commended.

We were completely satisfied with the hotel, breakfast and especially the service, thanks to the girl from the reception Fani, who really helped us find a forgotten bag in a taxi with the police, without her it would not have been possible. It was an amazing job, we would like to thank her again on our behalf personally.

Afslappandi dvöl býður gesta á Crowne Plaza Guangzhou City Centre en þar er boðið upp á rúmgóð herbergi með frábæru útsýni yfir sjóndeildarhringinn. the staff did install bidet . easier for muslim usage in toilet. no halal breakfast anymore. last time there was a Muslim chef there and halal breakfast section. feb 2024 no more.

I like the new renovations done, staff specially ms alisa, I Would like to thank here whom was of a great help with a smiley face always . location which is surrounded by halal food and all other required necessaries .

Guangzhou Xin Yue Xin Hotel is located in Guangzhou Huanshi Dong commercial district, 200 meters from Xiaobei Metro Station Exit C (Line 5). muslim friendly. big room.enough for solat. have bidet for muslim easier to wash after toilet . facilities like hot water,tooth brush , hair dryer and others are ok big bed. comfy bedsheet and pillow. nothing to complain. nice city view. don't understand why other guest complain.walking distance to baohan street for cheap halal food.
