The hotel is very clean, near the financial area, a park and also a very strategic location. The rooms are very comfortable, big, bright, everything works very well. I was attended by Cici, a very nice and helpful staff member, I thank her so much she helped me to send my forgotten suitcase to my next hotel in Shenzhen. The breakfast is delicious and varied, they have a gym and also free laundry service. Ideal for business or family, I recommend it very much.

The hotel is located in a business district surrounded by tall buildings. Shuttle bus to Canton fair free of charge.

Offering luxury in the city centre, W Guangzhou is a 15-minute walk from Guangzhou Museum. It features contemporary décor and trendy rooms offering upscale interiors and city views. Excellent. Location, staff, FOOD, comfortable, large rooms always at the W. We spend a long time here, the staff grew to know us quickly and provided an extremely high level of service. We had our toddler with us, and she was well looked after, with a full size cot, and her buffet meals free of charge. The wait staff were always very hands on in helping us with keeping her entertained while we had a drink at the lobby bar. The check in staff weren't English speaking for the most part, so be prepared to use a translator app. There was a tall gentleman, European, who assisted our every interaction, he was an excellent leader and asset to the W team at Guangzhou, and really made our experience one to remember.
