My stay overdelivered. The facilities are great, the breakfast as well. My room was on the 24th floor and the view was amazing. But most importantly after checking out I managed to lose my bag with the passport, but Richard and Paul from concierge managed to get it back and allow me to board my flight. Richard and Paul, thank you, you are the best.

Hotel Central Shanghai se nahaja 9 min hoje od podzemne postaje People's Square in 3 min hoje od ulice Nanjing. Znameniti predel Bund je oddaljen 10 min vožnje. English-speaking staff. Great location within walking distance to the Bund, Nanjing Street, and Yuying Garden. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection of Chinese and Western options. Big spacious room with a huge shower and separate bathtub. Very comfortable bed. Overall no complaints, great hotel. Would stay here again.

Welcoming atmosphere, very convenient and large lobby area that enables long stay both for social and for business' meeting.

Rooms were spacious and beautiful, location is very good. Tge concierge (Ray) was above and beyond and helped us with just about every aspect of the trip.
