We stayed at one of the family suits located on the 27th floor. As soon as the lift door opened, it was like you stepped into a child’s dreamland. The room was beautifully decorated with modern facilities. Service was exceptional, everyone we met there was polite and helpful. My daughter loved JW and already asking when can we go back again.

We could not change the currency (we got on the weekend) and we were allowed to live for two days without pay until the weekend ended. Then our circumstances changed and we had to fly out of Shanghai 2 days earlier than planned. We got our money back within 5 minutes. In addition, they helped us call a taxi and showed a very good attitude. Thank you very much to the hotel staff for the warm welcome. I also want to emphasize the excellent location. The metro station is 10 meters away and the terminus of the Maglev high-speed train from the airport is 350 meters away. Breakfast is very tasty and varied.
