Offering a stylish bar and a free spa, this 4-star-superior hotel is located next to Düsseldorf’s Hofgarten Park. It is a 15-minute walk from the Old Town and Königsallee shopping mile. The hotel and the staff exceeded my expectations. Initially, I was very mad at them. I booked a suite months ahead. This stay was part of a long trip, my wife and I had many bags, and we like to have a decent sized room to work and rest. A few days before our arrival they informed me that due to renovations, the suite is not available and they have to downgrade us to a double room which is 33% smaller. They did offer it at a reduced rate, but I did not feel this was a sufficient compensation. At this point it was too late to find a decent room elsewhere, and we did like the hotel location, so we decided to swallow it and take the offer. After that, I was intent on penalizing them in review, but they did so well during our stay, and the hotel is overall so good, that I end up feeling that it would not be fair to give it less than a top rating. The room was nice enough, the staff quickly responded to (almost) every request we had, and the location is simply amazing. Many of Dusseldorf attractions are within 500m-2K from the hotel, so we walked a lot, used scooters, and for anything further away used the excellent tram system, with a stop located just around the corner of the block from the hotel. We end up having fabulous time.

Fantastisk frukost, den bästa vi ätit! Färsk frukt och bär, många olika sorters marmelad . Mycket att välja på. Mycket bra läge. Lätt att ta sig runt till fots eller med spårvagn. Flera restauranger och caféer på gatan.

Loved this place! The room was really comfortable & was quite spacious. The staff was very polite & helpful and the breakfast was a very generous spread! To top it off, the property was very centrally located and we totally loved it! Thanks for such an amazing stay!

This 4-star hotel in the heart of Düsseldorf offers modern rooms with a flat-screen TV and free internet. Excellent location, wonderful staff, clean and spacious room, very good and plentiful breakfast. We were very satisfied.

Really nice hotel at a great location close to center. We personally walked to the center every time, but if you want you can take a taxi or public transport. The management of the hotel is really good. They give you all the necessary information before you get there and they are ready to help at anytime. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. This was much appreciated. The breakfast offers many choices and it's totally wonderful. Great start for your day. The whole property, from the lobby to the room, is very very clean. The beds are comfortable. Overall, I would definitely send a friend at this hotel.

The Staff and Hotel in General were excellent always friendly and polite, all crew had a smile and hello, regardless of the time of day or night, the food was limited in choices but still very good.

This 3-star hotel is close to the River Rhine and its impressive terraced slopes. It offers modern rooms, public transport links and direct access to Düsseldorf’s exhibition centre. The location is very convenient to get to using public transport. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very very kind and super helpful.
