This historic, privately run hotel in Freiburg’s old quarter is located in the heart of the pedestrian area, directly opposite the famous cathedral. It serves delicious regional cuisine. Staff extremely friendly. Breakfast excellent. Location - right next to the Munster - you couldn't be more central. The market just outside the hotel on Saturday was wonderful. We particularly enjoyed watching the children racing their wooden sailing boats in the water channels. A great spectator sport.

The family-run Gasthaus Löwen is situated conveniently in the Old Town of Freiburg im Breisgau, 100 metres from the Freiburg Minster. Breakfast was delicious and had so many options. Location couldn’t have been better, so central!

It is at the located in old town so location was excellent. near all the must visit in Old town and shopping. Instructions given to access the apartment was easy. Apartment is new well kept.
