This hotel lies in the heart of Freiburg, directly at the cathedral square. You enter the hotel through the restaurant, small but convenient. Great location right opposite the cathedral. Room small but adequate and very quiet. Not bothered by the church bells. Parking is offsite but convenient. Staff helpful. Would stay here again if we return to Freiburg.

Situated in the heart of Freiburg, the family-run Central Hotel offers comfortable rooms with free breakfast, and a cosy bar. The Münster (cathedral) and university are a 3-minute walk away. breakfast was just wonderful the service by the restaurantleader was wonderful

I have to say that this hotel has such an amazing character, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and I felt as if I really was taken care of.
