Heidelberg-Altstadt Train Station is just a 5-minute walk away.... We booked last minute for an overnight stay on our way back to Denmark. Our room faced the interior, so we didn't hear any noise from outside. The room heating was good; we didn't feel cold. Breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. The staff was very friendly. If you're traveling by car, you can park at P12, which is just a few minutes' walk away and the hotel offers a discount coupon for parking there.
