Absolute gem in the middle of Heidelberg. Staff is attentive, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Comfortable room w all amenities including air conditioning. Public spaces are beautifully furnished. Puppy dog was welcomed and spoiled. Parking for our SUV was easy. Quick walk to pedestrian zone, boat trips, and public transport. Would have loved to be able to stream shows on TV but that’s a tiny thing. Would return to Heidelberg just for this hotel.

We booked last minute for an overnight stay on our way back to Denmark. A staff member was waiting for us upon arrival and showed us to a nice room. Great hotel in the centre of town and nice breakfast.

This hotel is situated at the foot of the historic Heidelberg Castle. A buffet breakfast is provided each morning and Heidelberg-Altstadt Train Station is a 10-minute walk away. great view in the room , we could see the castle in the room. Good for parking . You could get discount if parking overnight.

Our room faced the interior, so we didn't hear any noise from outside. The room heating was good; we didn't feel cold. Breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. The staff was very friendly. If you're traveling by car, you can park at P12, which is just a few minutes' walk away and the hotel offers a discount coupon for parking there.
