Very nice hotel, clean, close to the center by s-bahn (10-15 minutes), very good value for the price especially in Munich. And the breakfast is included in the price and is also very good.

The room was great, it's small but cozy, we didn't need anything else. The best part is that it's really close to Ostbahnhof where you can take the U-bahn and S-bahn to every part of Munich. Other amazing thing is that it's next to Werk 3 building which has many types of great food including: indian, thai, mexican and many more

Friendly staff, clean location, and the inside of the hotel was very well furnished. It's located next to a tram line as well as several food stores like Kaufland, Aldi, and Lidl. The breakfast was excellent and I found the room to be very nice for the price.
