Firstly the staff was really friendly and helpful, they were available whenever you needed anything. Secondly it was very clean and neat. The room was being cleaned every single day of the stay (although if you don't like getting it cleaned, the staff is very nice and considerate - all you do is ask). Lastly, it was very close to Karlsplatz (and if you go down the same street you get to Marienplatz in about 3-5 minutes walk). Everything was close, food, tobacco, DM, McDonalds...We stayed for New Years - 5 nights, 6 days and it was amazing!

This grand hotel is just a 3-minute walk from Munich Central Station. The elegant rooms come with a four-poster bed, a Nespresso coffee machine and a flat-screen TV. WiFi is available free of charge. This was a very comfortable hotel! I especially appreciated their online guest portfolio which helped answer any questions you might have.

Its elegant rooms feature traditional wooden furniture and free WiFi access.... Great location for exploring. The room was an average size and comfortable. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The provision of coffee/tea facilities in the foyer was pleasing.

Very nice staff and good service level, my stay was very pleasant. The location was just next to the Hauptbahnhof, so super convenient for public transportation and also with taxi. The coffee from the bar in the lobby was a nice surprise too.

Hotel Erzgiesserei Europe의 모든 객실은 현대적인 장식으로 꾸며져 있습니다. 호텔에서 5~6분정도 거리에 지하철역이있어서 구시가지나 다른 유명한 관광지 가기게 아주편했고, 주변에 한인식당도있고 다른 다향한 식당이나 디엠이나 마켓등 선물용품사기 좋은 곳도있어서 편했음. 모든 직원이 너무 친절하심. 모든 직원분들이 웃으면서 인사해주심. 방도 크고 침대도 편안했고 조식도 작은 규모였지만 만족했음
