Firstly the staff was really friendly and helpful, they were available whenever you needed anything. Secondly it was very clean and neat. The room was being cleaned every single day of the stay (although if you don't like getting it cleaned, the staff is very nice and considerate - all you do is ask). Lastly, it was very close to Karlsplatz (and if you go down the same street you get to Marienplatz in about 3-5 minutes walk). Everything was close, food, tobacco, DM, McDonalds...We stayed for New Years - 5 nights, 6 days and it was amazing!

Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The provision of coffee/tea facilities in the foyer was pleasing.

The location was just next to the Hauptbahnhof, so super convenient for public transportation and also with taxi. The coffee from the bar in the lobby was a nice surprise too.
