Our stay at Serenade was our best holiday ever!! We struggled to say goodbye to this place and this country. Everything about this place is absolutely stunning: the facilities, the food, the people, the guests, the staff. I have never met or seen better and more engaging staff in my life. You have everything you need in this resort and much more. The Buffet has amazing selection of food which is inclusive of various diets. Their everyday entertainment programs are out of this world. Big shoutout to the best entertainment team ever, especially MADELINE and ANIBAL! There were many others leading the entertainment program with them, which we unfortunately didn’t remember names of, but nonetheless, the greatest. Big shoutout to FRANCISCO our favorite waiter in the buffet. We will miss you guys so much, thank you for making us so happy. ❤️

Overall, the resort was beyond our expectations! The food was amazing, both a la carte and buffet restaurants. The New Year's Eve dinner was phenomenal! The service was amazing. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and always smiling. If you get to go here make sure you look for the waiters Jordan and Adonis and one of the bartenders Jefrey, and the main man that greets you at the front Abraham. Also in destination services Kenny is amazing and there to help with anything. I recommend staying here.
