Our stay at Serenade was our best holiday ever!! We struggled to say goodbye to this place and this country. Everything about this place is absolutely stunning: the facilities, the food, the people, the guests, the staff. I have never met or seen better and more engaging staff in my life. You have everything you need in this resort and much more. The Buffet has amazing selection of food which is inclusive of various diets. Their everyday entertainment programs are out of this world. Big shoutout to the best entertainment team ever, especially MADELINE and ANIBAL! There were many others leading the entertainment program with them, which we unfortunately didn’t remember names of, but nonetheless, the greatest. Big shoutout to FRANCISCO our favorite waiter in the buffet. We will miss you guys so much, thank you for making us so happy. ❤️

The food was amazing, both a la carte and buffet restaurants. The New Year's Eve dinner was phenomenal! The service was amazing. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean.

Located in Punta Cana, 1.1 km from Cabeza de Toro Beach, Serenade All Suites - Adults Only Resort provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a... The resort didn't feel too busy despite staff saying it was full. There felt like there was plenty of space with various different pool areas and beach areas with different vibes. If you want music there is a pool with swim up bar or if you want quiet there is one closer to reception. There were lots of support staff including security which made it feel safe and well maintained. The adult only side of the resort buildings seemed relatively new and really well maintained.

Very clean, the staff was very kind, always in good mood, very happy to receive the tourism. The spa was awesome, very beautiful and relaxing space. Noce restaurants, and very good food.

The location is perfect, the facilities are great, well distributed hotel and even thought it was full we didn’t feel it. The food was also really good.

In general, I like everything, the food is good, the staff is friendly, everything is clean. Spa treatments are especially good.
