It was convenient for buses into and out of the city - about 20 minutes. For fast food freaks there was a McD next door and for drivers a petrol station close by along with a small mall within a couple of hundred yards and two more a little farther away. The building was secure and new build, so nothing to criticise. I stayed in winter with external temperature at -11 but was quite warm enough.
