In London's West End, this 5-star luxury hotel is set in a beautifully preserved Neoclassical building. Excellent service! There was some hiccup during my stay but hotel management took care of everything in excellent manner. Concierge service is exceptionally good.

Excellent staff, extremely hospitable, they go the extra mile, attention to details is beyond the norm, rooms are nicely decorated, great amenities. It's the only hotel I've stayed in that have a professional gym membership next door as opposed to a small one in the basement. The hotel also has a guest-only lounge, rooftop bar, fine-dining restaurant, etc... It's a full package and the value for money is 100% there.

Thistle London Trafalgar Square is located on a quiet street just off London's lively Leicester Square. Location is amazing, right in the heart of London. Awesome breakfast that sets you up for the day and the staff are really friendly. Room spacious for London and very comfortable.

They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, offering helpful suggestions for nearby attractions and restaurants. The hotel’s location in Leicester Square was absolutely fantastic. It was within walking distance of major theaters, entertainment venues, and popular tourist spots. The convenience of being centrally located made it easy to explore the city and experience the vibrant energy of London.
