We had a 1 night staycation and it was fabulous. Love the SPA and the bar reserved for guests only. Much more quiet than downstairs. Very modern and spacious room. We were offered a room upgrade as well. Dyson hair dryers in every room. Love the cozy loafers to take home.

Superb service, all staff went over and above to be helpful and kind. The salary should be fair, I have an impression that they enjoy their work very much. The service of the hotel is the best one I've experienced so far. They do their best to meet our needs. My room is only 15 square meters, however the cell is very high therefore I do not feel it is small. I love its stylish Victorian style decor and over all were clean. Morning breakfast are two options, British full breakfast also continental breakfast. I've tried both and love them. Location is perfect in the Bloomsbury area. Great access to underground as well as bus stations, shopping, China town, the British Museum, theathers and National Gallery I can reach them all by walking. The street of the hotel is very clean and peaceful. There are live jazz in the hotel bars, but I have not tried. would love to try next time. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel. In London's Theatreland, in the heart of the West End, this 4-star boutique hotel offers beautiful rooms with antique furniture and free Wi-Fi. There is a 24-hour front desk and a library lounge. That was an incredible experience. A boutique hotel with plenty of history from 18th century, and this history is still kept there! The service was amazing, it is always nice to stay in hotels where staff love the hotel and the work in general. The location is great - and despite it is in Soho, it is very quite in the hotel. The breakfast was very delicious (btw just the tea was incredibly good!). And of course my room was very elegant.
