The Residence Aiolou Hotel & Spa is a newly introduced modern boutique hotel housed in two beautiful buildings. Having never been to Athens before we were unsure about the location however it was perfect. We were close to the restaurants, metro and historical sights. The property itself was faultless and the staff were so friendly and helpful especially Philip who we cannot thank enough for giving us some of the best recommendations of our trip.

Located in Kolonaki and housed in the former Canadian Embassy, within 500 metres of Lycabettus Hill and 600 metres of Athens Music Hall, The Modernist Athens provides accommodation with a restaurant. We spent a week at The Modernist Hotel. Great location in the city center, next to a metro stop and opposite a park. Modern but cozy. The corner room had two balconies! Аn efficient staff of young and polite people. The pies at breakfast were like my mother used to make in my childhood. Complimentary wine tasting in the evening.

Just walking distance from Monistiraki Square, Plaka and the Acropolis. Great restaurants all around. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It's in a safe and lively locality. The staff were helpful and polite.
