The staff were friendly ad helpful. The free parking was across the road and easily accessed. The hotel is very close to Kifisia shopping area, many restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores.

We tried a couple hotels in the area and this has been the nicest one so far. Rooms were comfortable (only minor point they are a bit dark by design), very clean, nice breakfast and having the gym was handy. There is a bar/ restaurant to sit down and have a coffee, and its only a few minutes walk from many amenities. Staff were very polite, we d go back.

Hotel Des Roses is a modern city hotel situated 250 metres from Kifisia Train Station. It offers a lounge and a bar. The whole staff, including all shifts of the reception personal, cleaning ladies and breakfast ladies were extremely polite, helpful & professional. Everyone was more than happy to accommodate with any question or request you had, overall the staff on all levels were amazing… excellent customer service !!!

This boutique hotel is located in the exclusive suburb of Kifissia. It offers luxurious suites, featuring furnished balconies and designer furniture. The room was very spacious, in a good condition. The staff was very helpful and they tried to accommodate in the best way.

Everything was fresh, the Coffee And orange juice were very good. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Theoxenia Residence is set in Kifisia, an exclusive suburb in Athens featuring high-end restaurants and boutiques. The size of the room and the pool. Also was the best hotel we could find close to the stadium. 5km. No trains when the concert finished so we just walked back.
