Located in Kolonaki and housed in the former Canadian Embassy, within 500 metres of Lycabettus Hill and 600 metres of Athens Music Hall, The Modernist Athens provides accommodation with a restaurant. i completely enjoyed my stay at the modernist hotel and would consider staying there again. very clean, large comfortable room. excellent bathroom and shower all in modern and new decor. great air conditioning in the room. really comfortable bed. can see the acropolis in the distance from the rooftop dining area. the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. i was having a little trouble booking day excursions because of the current travel conditions but the hotel staff looked around for me and kept in contact with me while i was out and about in town. they worked hard and found a great half day sunset swim/cruise with several incredible dishes of homemade lunch on a new company yachthop that was perfect especially with the heat. the breakfast-eggs and other breakfast items were a great way to start the day. the hotel has a few little cafes and places to grab a bite about a block away on a side street. even though the hotel is off the main road i didn't really hear any noise. i would definitely recommend staying there. about 30 min car ride (transfer service) from the airport. hotel is about 1 mile from the start of the shopping and town area with all the restaurants near the acropolis. don't let the distance discourage you though. should be about a 5 euro taxi (BEAT app) if you do not feel like walking. the walk is easy. just down the main road and you're there.

COCO-MAT Athens Jumelle has a restaurant, fitness centre, a bar and garden in Athens. Very nice boutique hotel in great location and very fresh and minimal design. Breakfasr was great. Free mini bar was a nice touch. All in all, pleasantly surprised!!!

Hotel Lozenge sijaitsee Kolonakin hienostoalueella Ateenassa, vain muutaman askeleen päässä merkkiliikkeiltä. Saatavilla on huoneita ja sviittejä, joissa on maksuton WiFi. Location was great. Walking distance to all the places we wanted to see. The room was well appointed and very clean. Breakfast was good too. Staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Kattoterassi oli ihan paras paikka paeta meluisaa kaupunkia. Siellä oli myös edullinen syödä herkullisesti.

Walking distance to everything important in Athena. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. We felt home here and will be back for sure.
