Overlooking the sea and the picturesque town of Chania, Klinakis Hotel is situated on a low hill right by the seafront. It offers free parking and free Wi-Fi in public areas. It's a very nice hotel, if you have a car then there is plenty of parking spaces. Good breakfast and very good service. I truly recommend it.

Overall this is a great little hotel that worked great for us. By far the best thing about it was the staff, particularly Maria-Elena, Evgenios, and Georgia. They were always super attentive, remembered our names, and were happy to share recommendations and local tips. On day 1 we had a broken AC, and a very delayed technician to fix it. They kept communicating throughout the day, and once it became clear it was going to be too late, they moved us temporarily to a different room, giving us access to both of them. We returned to our original room, as we liked it more. Location was great for our needs: A short walk from the old harbor, next to several amazing little restaurants. Beds are super comfortable. While we didn't customize them, they have a "pillow bar" where they'll let you choose from a wide selection of materials and heights. The bar at the lobby serves good drinks until midnight. The pool looks great (we ended up not using it because we were out exploring the island). The gym requires reservation, but Maria-Elena got my partner an instant one.

In one of the most beautiful cities of Crete, Chania, you can find Falassarna Hotel 200 meters from the beach of Nea Chora, 10 minutes from the venetian harbour and 15 minutes from the center of... It was close to the Beach. The room was clean and confortable. The stuff was very polite.
