House with view is one of the best if not the best property we have stayed in Greece! The property is ultra clean, the bed was so comfortable, shower is fantastic and the view is the best! It was also so very quiet at night that you are guaranteed the best sleep and only 10 minutes by car to the centre of Ioannina. Yianni and Maria the hosts are wonderful and make you feel like family. They provided jam, honey and rusks for breakfast and delicious cake as well. Thank you Yianni and Maria and we cannot wait to return!

Katerina is your host, and she immediately makes you feel as if you’re part of the family. Not only is she a good host she’s a great cook as well, so be prepared for a wonderful breakfast with a view overlooking the lake. The apartment was very comfortable, huge, super clean and even better than the pictures. The kitchen is fully equiped and you will find anything you need. We enjoyed our stay a lot and we were fully satisfied. We can't wait to visit again.
