The staff is very helpfull and very attentive to our every need, while checking in, the front desk also offered to care for the kids by walking them around the hotel compound, they also entertain our kids after breakfast by bringing them to the rabbit area, fish pond and horse area. The staff were very kind, polite, and dedicated event though they were so busy! I always stay at House Sangkuriang hotel whenever I travel to Bandung, & booking Siliwangi Room was the best decision ❤️
