The service from the staff was exceptional. We changed hotels at short notice and were so glad we did. The staff were super helpful prior to our arrival and provided us with a room that was very quiet, clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel is new so the facilities are in excellent condition and it's in a very convenient location in the heart of Canggu shopping and restaurants. If you don't want super loud noise from all the beach clubs late at night then I highly recommend this location. It's close enough to the fun but chilled and peaceful.

Beautiful, clean rooms, always kept clean and nice and cool when we got back from a hot, busy day. The room with pool was a beautiful place to relax. The food was beautiful and served very promptly, floating breakfast was nothing short of spectacular. The staff were very accommodating and were able to assist us with every question, query or request that we had. A huge thank you to Rumedi, Berek and Adi for making myself and my partner feel absolutely safe, comfortable and happy. Amazing people, amazing location, amazing service, atmosphere and rooms. We loved our time here and will miss it so much. We will definitely be back!

Well decorated, spacious and comfortable rooms with every day cleaning. Every evening aroma candle was just wow 🤩 Super location in the center of Canggu, but at the same time quiet and peaceful. Beautiful pool area with everyday delicious watermelon 🤩 Gede and his team are super friendly and helpful. To make a long story short The Palms was so good that I decided to extend my stay for two months more. Thank you for everything guys 💓

Sammy's Canggu was amazing choice for a few days to stay in Bali. Check in was super easy. Room was clean with AC (AC was controlled with remote control so I do not need to get up to adjust temperature), blackout curtains and lot of water. I had some additional snacks waiting for me in a room for a small charge. Location was extremely good, walking distance to most of the places, beach, beach clubs, nice restaurants around. It was super clean, quiete and I would definitely come back again. ✨✨✨✨✨

The warm welcome provided by the property owner and staff was wonderful. The villa itself was beautiful with ample space in the room and the available facilities within the villa were superb. Great location and very quiet with tranquil views of rice field whilst being very close to the bustling activity on the street. Walk to street was close about 3 minutes, but a little dark at night.
