The staff, the facilities were amazing. No task were to big or too small for these staff members. every single one of them were so kind and respectful. The photos don’t do this place justice. Heaven on earth. I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone. 5 minute scooter ride from restaurants in canggu. We enjoyed the trip so much that we booked another night to stay here. Thank you to the wonderful staff here in La Reserve. The nicest place we have ever stayed.

We have enjoyed everything about our stay. We had a sick 1.5-year-old boy, for whom the hotel helped to find a doctor. the doctor came to the hotel and took blood tests and we felt in such safe hands. The rooms are super clean. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic and so are all the staff. We extended our stay and on the last day, we were so sad to leave this lovely place. IZE hotel gets our warmest recommendations!
