They were able to fulfil all of our requests, even at 1am- looking for taxis from Ancol to the hotel. Thank you very much! We had a great time staying at Ritz Carlton.

JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta is located in the city's prominent Mega Kuningan business district and a short walk to the shopping centres. I had intimated during booking that my wife is allergic to onions and garlic and consumes vegetarian food (no egg, fish or meat). I must complement the staff and chefs to be already informed and served her specially made food that was having variety of cuisine and tasted fantastic.
