The service was excellent. They would serve us breakfast even when we were not in the hotel. They would leave the breakfast for us in the room and send us cute WhatsApp pics of the breakfast. Went above and beyond. This has been my best hotel/villa experience ever. Kudos to the staff for running it so well.

The staff was very attentive our bed was mad all the time. They had a kitchen and the food was very good and fresh. Super convenient when we had to be up early for our activities of the day. This place is walkable to downtown ubud. I would definitely stay here again.

Berdiri di punggung bukit yang menghadap ke Lembah Para Raja yang hijau, Viceroy Bali adalah tempat peristirahatan megah para pengunjung yang cerdas di pulau Bali yang luar biasa. Hospitality, very very very very polite staff, everyday we had suprise in the room, beautifull room, good food....Our driver Kadek was beyond very professional, polite, patiante, he was also our touristic guide.... but all staff next to him are amazing! Congratulation

I am grateful for staying in this wonderful place, everything in the villa is new, it looks much better in person than in the photo. Excellent new bed linen, regular cleaning. The owner instantly responded to any requests, the most positive impressions of communication. The villa has bright, clean energy, I really enjoyed my stay, I recommend it!
