Very nice and friendly owners who are often around and chat with hotel guests. Professional and friendly staff. Silvester from the reception was really friendly and attentive. He was an interesting person who spoke very good english and was really easy to talk to.

Everything was exceptional. The food options were delicious, the facilities were first class, the staff were so accommodating and friendly. The worst part of our stay was leaving. This place has set the bar so high no place is likely to compare.

It was amazing cozy place full of nice colours and art with a special wonderful atmosphere. I would express major thank to Mina - the administrator, she is making stay in the hotel amazing for all guests - helpful, communicative, polite, smiling, she was helping us a lot in any requests we had during the stay - from the recommendation where to go, to arranging the transportation and any other services!
