Located in Naples, 2.5 km from San Gregorio Armeno, Palazzo Firenze provides air-conditioned rooms and a bar. The staff at reception is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and an ample selection. House keeping was super and the rooms were very clean and everyday everything was verified and where necessary re-filled. The rooms are large and very well furnished. Sound-proofing was good as the are is noisy at night.

Breakfast was in a stunning courtyard with a great selection of pastries, fruit, cakes, hot food and more - the coffee was great and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Hotel Bella Napoli offers great-value accommodation in the heart of Naples, about 250 metres from Central Station and close to the business district. I love how the staff made us feel welcome, especially Rosario who was so accommodating and kind marking an excellent impression to us on the Napolitanian way of life. The bedsheets and towel are crisp, clean, and smell really good. They make up our room every day. The breakfast crew were all very nice and attentive to our needs and even remembers how we like our coffee to be served. We have been to different cities in Italy and so far the service in Hotel Bella Napoli is the best!
