Excellent location with easy access to many restaurants and shops. Also very easy access to funicular and metro. Great staff - helpful and polite! The room was spacious - more than enough for my family (2+1).

Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, the receptionist recomanded us some good pizza restaurant and we even had a great aperol at the hotel's bar. The owner was there daily and made sure that we had everything we needed. The room was clean and quiet, and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was rich, with plenty of pastry and tarts to choose from, beside some more continental options. And the coffee was great! The highlight of the residence was the rooftop terrace with sea view. This is a great place to stay when in Napoli, the staff will make you feel welcomed and show you the real italian hospitality.

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly people as Francesco,he makes our trip more interesting with his advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this place to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Francesco for going just that little step for the guests!!!

The room was well equipped with everything we needed and nothing was too much for Agnese, she helped wherever she could including giving us a very detailed map of where to go and what to do.
