Отличное место, этакий богословский факультет, с конференц-центром и гостиницей. Тихий и зелёный район, интересная современная архитектура, рядом Квартал Всемирной Выставки, после шумного и просто затопленного толпами людей центра Рима это просто счастье. Рядом конечная станция метро, оттуда же можно без пересадок доехать до аэропорта Чампино на 720 автобусе с 5:30 утра до позднего вечера, расписание отправлений в гугл-картах совпадает с реальностью. Комната достаточно просторная, две кровати, двуспальная и односпальная, много одеял, кондиционер. Нас больше волновало отопление, батареи в начале апреля были тёплые, температура комфортная. Ванная простая, светлая и чистая. На этаже есть общая кухня, можно кофе сварить. Завтрак оценить не смогли, у нас был ранний рейс, мы попросили с вечера собрать нам каких-то снеков в дорогу. Юноша на рецепции сперва посмотрел на нас недоумённо, но потом, видимо, с кем-то связался, и просьбу нашу выполнил (бананы, круассаны, печеньки, вода).

The personal was very kind and polite, the room was clean and pretty big, they even gave us candy and free wather and also they offered us breakfast.

The Orto Di Roma offers a restaurant and free parking. It is less than a 10-minute drive from the EUR district and 15 minutes from Rome's centre. Located a 5-minute drive from the Catacombs of St. Callixtus and the Appia Antica street, Antica Locanda Palmieri is immersed in the green E.U.R.-Ardeatina neighbourhood, 7 km from Rome’s centre. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, when had a problem with the plugs and a charger from another country, at reception they looked everywhere to find a converter and when could not find it they provided us with both an apple and an android charger to use while we stay there. The stay wss very comfortable and the property was just beautiful.

Firstly， the arrival was successful and Damiano well explained everything comes in the room. And all the facilities an and things we could have used were sufficient and literally it felt a home in Rome. There are lots of decorations made by the host himself which make the place more cozy and stylish. I like the view from the deck because you can feel the peace and natural beauty of Rome far away from the crowd. But it does not mean the place is far away from where most visiting places in the city. We easily caught the bus which only takes few mins walk from where we leave to city so the transportation was not a problem at all. The neighborhood is a local area with all local residences which is safe for travelers to stay. Overall, there’s nothing to complain about and I would definitely wanna come back if I have a chance to revisit Roma. Shout out to Damiano!

Very cozy and tidy apartments in quit location around 3 minutes walk from the metro. It takes 20 minutes to get to the city center. Apartments have enough space for family with one or two kids. Great balcony with amazing facilities (place for BBQ, coffee table and comfortable chairs). A very responsive owner who was in touch 24/7 and quickly answered any questions. Highly recommended 👌
