Incredible rooms, staff are the nicest you can expect, as clean as ever and you always feel at home in this hotel. I asked for something special for my girlfriend's birthday last minute and they filled the room with baloons and wrote a letter which she loved, all free of charge! Upon our arival, we had an upgrade to our room which I always really appreciate. The hotel itself is very luxurious and a great place to go with your partner to pass a weekend in Venice. We walked basically everywhere and very easy to reach from the train station.

The decor was wonderful from the entrance to the rooms - it was modern Italian with great colour scheme, loved every corner! The location made it quiet but still easy to get around, by foot as well as water taxi.
