Schöne Aussenbestuhlung mit Sicht auf Canal Grande. Komfortables, schön ausgestattetes Zimmer und Badezimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal.

The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. The room was clean and modern. The in-room AC was very cool and quiet. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection of options. The garden was a nice place to hang out. The location of the hotel was very good, in a more quiet area with a lot of restaurants close by, but still just a short walk to all the main attractions.

Fantastic and attentive staff who really took care of their guests. Kindly upgraded room for our Honeymoon which was amazing. Breakfast had great selection and delicious coffee. We really enjoyed our evening cocktails in the outdoor lounge area, thank you Jac and Mat! Can't wait to return!

The location is exceptional, you are in the very heart of this magnificent city but still placed in a really quiet part. We slept well which is quite unusual in Venice. The building, the room, the park outside...superb, you feel like royalty! Breakfast was delicious, with many options. But the best thing was the staff. We can say that we travelled a lot around the world but never experienced such a level of extraordinary service. Highly recommended!

Mit einem Panoramablick auf den Canal Grande erwartet Sie das aus dem 16. Jahrhundert stammende Hotel Palazzo Giovanelli. Bis zum Markusplatz fahren Sie mit dem Wasserbus nur 2 Stationen. Top facilities and staff were so attentive and helpful. The guys that do the breakfast service were exceptional. Plus the location on the Grand Canal cannot be better.

Sie wohnen 2 Gehminuten vom Busbahnhof an der Piazzale Roma und 300 m vom Bahnhof Santa Lucia entfernt. nice hotel, excellent location at the entrance of Venice 2 minutes away from the bus, train and vaporetto stops. The rooms are nice and modern, bathroom excellent and the beds comfortable. The people were very nice, always ready to help and they recommended very nice places to eat.

Convenient location: easy to reach with the Alilaguna ferry from the airport and is 50m from a Vaporetto stop on the Canal Grande. Less than a 10 min walk to Rialto. Plenty of restaurants in the area where locals would go to. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice large rooms. Dogs allowed to stay for free. Excellent value for money

Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Top Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden und für Reisende, die mit dem Zug ankommen/abreisen. Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer, nur die Raumhöhe war im Eingangsbereich etwas nieder für meinen ~1,90m großen Mitreisenden.
