Situated in the middle of nature of Daisetsuzan and spacious guestrooms with an en suite bathroom. Asahidake Ropeway is a 3-minute walk away, making this hotel the closest accommodation to the... The hotel is wonderful, with ready access to the ropeway up the mountain next door. The snow that came in October made it impractical for this old couple to use the ropeway but the onsen’s facilities, including their library, and especially the staff, made this a delightful quiet, restful stay.

La Vista Daisetsuzan is located in Hokkaido, a 1-hour 20-minute drive from Biei Hills and Asahiyama Zoo. The hotel offers a public hot spring bath and free Wi-Fi at the access. Excellent meal courses with outstanding service. English support was available where needed. Communal hot springs facilities were top-notch and private hot springs were excellent as well.
